Thameside House, South Street, Staines-upon-Thames.
Planning application 20/00344/FUL - Demolition of existing office block and erection of 140 residential units in two buildings, with flexible commercial and retail space, associated landscaping, parking and ancillary facilities.
The Old Telephone Exchange, Masonic Hall And Adjoining Land Elmsleigh Road Staines-upon-Thames
Planning application 20/01199/FUL - Demolition of the former Masonic Hall and redevelopment of site to provide 206 dwellings together with car and cycle parking, hard and soft landscaping and other associated works.
During the Coronavirus Pandemic, we have temporarily extended our neighbour consultation period for all major planning applications to 28 days. However, we will also continue to accept letters of representation on all planning applications up until a decision is made. This application will be reported to the Planning Committee in due course. Please ensure that any additional letters to be submitted are received by the planning case officer and planningdm@spelthorne.gov.uk no later than 10am on the day of the Committee meeting.
